Scurich has grown berries on the Central Coast for more than 35 years, across three generations. Like most berry operations, it runs on judgment made in the field every day: pest and disease pressure, irrigation, harvest timing. That judgment is usually spoken. It passes between people in the row and over the phone, where most of it is gone by the next week. Paper logs and typed apps ask too much of people who are already working.
How it works
With Numanac, the Scurich team records what they see by voice as they work.
