Product / Structured records
Free speech.
Organized data.
Field observations spoken in plain language become typed, searchable, field-linked records, comparable across visits, fields, and seasons. Without a single form.
See it
Free speech in. Structured data out.
The same log you spoke, parsed into typed fields you can compare across visits, fields, and seasons.
The problem it solves
Unstructured notes can't be compared. Structured forms don't get filled out.
The two options agtech has offered for decades: free-form notes that no one can analyze, or structured forms that add friction and get abandoned. Numanac takes a third path: free speech that becomes structured data automatically, with no form the operator ever sees.
Speak freely
Describe what you see in your own words, in any language. "Light aphid pressure on the north block, maybe 15 per leaf, no natural enemies visible." No categories, no dropdowns, no form to navigate.
Numanac parses and structures
The transcript is analyzed and populated into typed fields: pest type, severity, location, crop stage, action taken, follow-up required. The structure happens after you speak, not before.
Records become comparable and retrievable
Because every log shares a consistent structure, observations can be compared across visits, fields, and seasons. Aphid counts in May vs. July. Pressure this year vs. last. All searchable through Alma.
What gets captured
Everything that used to live in memory or get skipped.
Pest & disease observations
Species, severity, threshold, pressure trend: structured automatically and comparable across the season's progression.
Application records
What was applied, where, when, at what rate: captured in the field at the moment of application, attached to the right boundary.
Agronomic decisions
What was recommended, what context informed it, what the result was: the longitudinal record that supports better decisions next season.
From the 30-day study
"Numanac converted subjective field memory into retrievable, structured operational data, creating a better longitudinal record of what conditions existed before a recommendation or decision."Enterprise Field Advisor · 30-Day Operational Study, 2026
